Think180's team was spending significant administrative time recreating invoice data between two systems that had no native integration - a workflow that was not scalable, introduced transcription error risk, and consumed capacity that should have been directed at higher-value work.

Avonet built a custom web interface sitting between KeyedIn and Xero - a real-time synchronisation layer that transfers invoices automatically while preserving a human verification step before anything is committed to the accounting system.

• Custom web interface leveraging both KeyedIn and Xero APIs for real-time invoice transfer
• Invoices created in KeyedIn surface in the interface for verification before syncing to Xero in draft status
